About Us

Victor and Nina are real estate entrepreneurs and the founders of Vecno Capital. They are vertically integrated and have experience in managing all aspects of acquiring, renovating, and repositioning single-family, multifamily, RV parks, and mobile home communities. They have a track record of delivering consistent returns to investment partners with over 100 successfully completed real estate projects since 2015. Vecno Capital has an ownership interest in over 700 units across the great state of Texas.

They are active members of the Texas Manufactured Housing Association (TMHA), Texa Association of Campground Owners (TACO), and the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM).

Victor was born and raised in Brazil and Nina was born and raised in Serbia. They both came to South Texas on a division one college tennis scholarship and obtained business degrees at UT-Pan American, now known as UT-RGV. Nina also obtained her master’s degree in Business Communication from UT-Pan American.

Prior to venturing full-time into real estate investing. Nina was the former College Professor and Director of Property Management for a local San Antonio brokerage. She is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Texas and runs Vecno Management, their property management company, which currently manages over 300 units across Texas.

Victor was a former sales district manager for a Fortune 500 company, who won several top performance awards before pursuing his career in real estate investing. He is a licensed manufactured home retailer, broker, and installer in the State of Texas, and served as a Real Estate Coach for one of the nation’s leading real estate investment education companies where he has coached hundreds of experienced and aspiring real estate investors.

Their expertise and team allow them to find great real estate opportunities for accredited and non-accredited investors to passively invest alongside them to create cash flow, build long-term wealth, and enjoy the tax benefits of owning real estate.
