About Us

Victor and Nina Alves are real estate entrepreneurs and the founders of Vecno Capital, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm based in Texas. Since 2015, they have invested in over 1,000 units across Texas, acquiring, repositioning, and operating single-family rentals, multifamily properties, RV parks, and Manufactured Housing communities.

Today, their primary investment focus is acquiring Manufactured Housing & RV communities, where they see strong long-term fundamentals, historically resilient demand, and opportunities to create value through operational improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and community-focused management.

In addition to their real estate investment activities, Victor and Nina operate Vecno Management, a third-party property management company serving landlords and real estate investors across Texas. Managing a portfolio of several hundred units, Vecno Management focused on improving net operating income, reducing vacancy, controlling expenses, and protecting asset value. The company provides full-service leasing, proactive maintenance oversight, detailed financial reporting, and strategic operational management designed to help property owners increase cash flow and preserve long-term equity.

They are active members of the Texas Manufactured Housing Association (TMHA) and the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) and were former members of the Texas Association of Campground Owners (TACO).

Victor was born and raised in Brazil, and Nina was born and raised in Serbia. Both came to South Texas on Division I tennis scholarships and earned business degrees from UT–Pan American, now known as UT–Rio Grande Valley. Nina also earned her Master’s degree in Business Communication.

Prior to focusing full-time on real estate, Nina served as a college professor and Director of Property Management for a San Antonio brokerage. She is a licensed Texas Realtor® and leads Vecno Management’s day-to-day operations.

Victor previously worked as a sales district manager for a Fortune 500 company, earning multiple top-performance awards before transitioning into real estate investing. He is a licensed manufactured home retailer, broker, and installer in Texas and previously served as a Real Estate Coach for a nationally recognized investment education company, mentoring hundreds of investors.

Victor and Nina are passionate about building strong partnerships and improving the communities they operate. Through disciplined operations and strategic investments, they seek to create opportunities for qualified investors to participate alongside them in real estate projects with the potential for cash flow, long-term value creation, and the tax advantages associated with real estate ownership.

Vecno Capital focuses on identifying and acquiring value-add Manufactured Housing and RV communities where operational improvements, professional management, and targeted capital improvements may enhance the quality of the community and overall property performance. Our objective is to improve housing standards, increase operational efficiency, and create the potential for long-term value and cash flow for our investment partners.
